The state of Florida does require that all scooter renters be 18 years of age or over, motorcycle renters must be 24 years of age or over, and female riders NOT be pregnant. We ask that all renters have some scooter or motorcycle experience. For your safety, and our peace of mind, your Sunshine agent will give you complete operating instructions and have you do a quick ride around the parking lot before determining whether they will allow you to leave on one of our scooters or motorcycles.
Harley specific rental terms: - renters MUST be 24 years of age or over;
- renters MUST have a motorcycle endoresement;
- female riders may not be pregnant;
- rates are non negotiable;
