Terms and conditions are currently being written!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Sunshine Key West Rentals has a 48 hour cancellation requirement for all bookings.
- Cancellations must be received in writing via email or fax.
- Cancellations done under 48 hours will be charged 50% of the booking.
- Cancellations done within 24hours will be charged 100% of the booking.
- No refunds within 48 hours unless the operator cancels a trip.
- Should the operator cancel a trip, a full refund is given.
- A 20% processing fee will apply to all other cancellations.
- Sunshinekeywest.com is not responsible for any missed travel connections by the customer due to any circumstances beyond our control, or misrepresentation by any other company other than Sunshinekeywest.com.
Scooter customers only - additional information:
- Sunshinekeywest.com requires that any customer that will be driving a scooter has to have a reasonable amount of motorcycle or scooter experience.
- The driver must be 18 years old or over, and hold a valid drivers license
- Ladies can't be pregnant.
Sunshinekeywest.com cannot be held responsible, and there will be NO REFUNDS, if any customer is turned away because they did not meet the above requirements.
Reservations for electric cars, scooters and bikes will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after your reserved time, however; if you are running late please call us. |
